The ability to communicate effectively is essential to living a healthy and happy life. Maslow argued that our inescapably can be apprehension in one of five ways: physical, safety, belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization. To fulfill these require we start with are most basic physical postulate before moving on to safety, belonging, and self-esteem.
